IMPORTANT - Awlad Baraka ecolodge is open from March 15th until June 15th and September 7th to December 7th. *except for groups of 15 or more.

14km south of the small Marsa Alam village on the Egyptian Red Sea coast, Awlad Baraka Ecolodge was created to melt into the location and surroundings. Designed in true Bedouin style,  the village gives you very comfortable accommodation in a timeless “away from it all” environment. Think of the rush hour to work, now think of the exact opposite and that is Awlad Baraka Ecolodge.

The heart of the Ecolodge is the "lounge about" area which is pure Bedouin style of low tables, cushions and rugs where you can spend for ever talking about the diving, making new friends, having a drink, playing cards, reading your book and chilling out. Very informal place. Alongside is the camp's dining area for relaxed meals; you know dinner is on it’s way when one of the staff bakes the bread local style on the open fire (if you weren’t hungry before, the smell of fresh bread really gets the juices flowing). Meals can also be taken on the beach from the diving centre's kitchen and enjoyed overlooking a tranquil sea.

For those seeking their own space or romantic moments we have several cushioned out hollowings, exceedingly popular in the late evenings for star gazing….. the silence can be deafening.

If you are looking for the Ritz this isn’t for you. If you are after one of the most relaxing, restful places on earth then Baraka Ecodge awaits you.

This price includes:
- Transfer from Marsa Alam airport / Camp (70 km). Round Trip
- 7 nights full board accommodation (water + tea + coffee included) (10% lodging tax included).
- 10 dives in 'Tunduba Bay' either by speed boat or directly from the beach also includes the site of 'Abu Ghosun' *by bus (Minimum experience level: PADI Advanced, CMAS 2* or equivalent). The dives include Tanks & Weights.

This price does not include:
- 2 € per day for the environmental tax
- 40 € for Elphinstone
- 40 € for Samadai (minimum 6 divers)

For non-divers: €115 per week *must be with a diver.
