Abou Makadi Middle

This coastal reef lies on the northern shores of Makadi bay, well sheltered from the prevailing northerly and providing comfortable moorings from which to dive. Drop to the plateau that lies at 7 metres and follow the gentle slope away to 16 metres. The plateau is mainly an area of large coral outcrops amongst soft sand.

Home to many of the traditional reef fish the site is good for seeing scorpion fish, stonefish, arabian angel fish and there is also a good chance to see dolphins.
