An excellent reef right in front of Marsa Alam village. The coral fell pray by the Crown of Thorne (Acanthaster) back in 1997 and was almost destroyed. Fortunately, it has since recovered and the reef and its corals are back to their former splendor. You will often see several White Tip Sharks sleeping in the 7m deep small cave at the north of the reef.
