AQUARIUS at the Marriott Resort opened in 1998 and was the second branch of the Aquarius tree. The dive base is an IDC (Instructor Development Centre) and located directly on the beach where we have our own jetty for our fleet of dive boats.

As we are an IDC center and have our own PADI Course Director we can teach the whole range of PADI courses up to Instructor level and we hold several IDC's a year giving you the opportunity to change your career into that of a diving professional and make the ocean your new office.

Not only is this a fantastic location but we are lucky enough to have all the Marriott facilities on hand, which is important to know when it comes to that all important 'after dive' refreshment, add to that an air conditioned classroom, great diver training facilities, Multilingual staff, a huge array of PADI Specialties, a divers shop, training pool and an island on your doorstep, well things don't get much better than that ! The centre is renowned for great dive trips and is a firm favourite with the Aquarius regulars who come back year after year.

We are only five minutes from the center of Hurghada and within easy reach of all the downtown hotels. We offer free transfers from all local hotels.
